Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, notify us in writing via email.
Returns
In all instances, please contact us before returning any items.
Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with any enclosed documentation and in a resaleable condition.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Custom orders are not eligible for refund unless there is a manufacturing fault or defect.
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend using a recorded delivery service.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Refunds for faulty or damaged items will include delivery and return costs.
If the item you bought was faulty or was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund, as we may be able to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
Non-Returnable Items
Customised or personalised products are non-returnable unless faulty.
