Delivery Information

  1. Delivery Area

    • We deliver free of charge throughout the UK Mainland.
    • Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man and other offshore locations may incur additional delivery charges.
    • Please contact us and we'll do our best to arrange delivery if you're outside the UK Mainland.
  2. Delivery Times

    • Orders are normally dispatched within 5-10 working days.
    • During busy periods or for made-to-order items, dispatch may take longer. If this happens, we'll contact you.
    • You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent.
    • Standard UK Mainland delivery is usually 1–2 working days after dispatch.
    • Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside our control.
  3. Delivery Responsibility

    • Please ensure your delivery details are accurate.
    • If an incorrect delivery address is provided and the order needs to be resent, additional delivery charges may apply.
    • If nobody is available to accept delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or provide collection instructions.
    • If you request that your parcel is left in a safe place, it is entirely at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for missing items left at your request.
    • Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they have been delivered to the delivery address provided with your order.
  4. Missing Parcels

    • If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with the courier.
  5. Inspection of Goods

    • Please inspect your goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
    • If any items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours where possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
    • This does not affect your statutory rights.
