The realistic sculpt combines lifelike facial anatomy with a gruesome cranial injury, creating a striking practical effects piece for horror productions and professional displays.

The calm facial expression contrasts with the extensive head trauma, making the injury even more unsettling. Every detail, from the torn scalp edges and exposed brain texture to the natural facial features and skin pores, has been carefully sculpted for maximum realism.
